Choose and contact your in-house to-be-trained process person. Get them registered for the workshop series.
Together choose a relatively simple process that needs to be revised & documented --- for example, a process that needs to be documented for training purposes.
Contact us and we will set up a meeting with this staff member to review our format, provide some direction & set a goal for the documentation
We will set some milestones for the project with your employee and set up 2 short check-in ‘support’ calls
Once process has been documented, we’ll schedule another call to:
set up the reporting and metrics to ensure it stays on track
review and edit so the employee can present the new documented process to you
These sessions will train your people for the simple ones
We are available to add the reporting, metrics and analysis
